Art Classes with Mrs. PetersonYouth EnrichmentOpen for 1st grade and up. * Preschool & Kindergarten can register & attend with an adult. Optional: students may bring a nut-free snack to eat before class starts! Mrs. Peterson is donating her time to teach this class. All profits are donated to the Elementary Art Budget.. Each month, we will create different projects together in the elementary art classroom from 3 - 4pm. October Classes: October 7 & October 21 - Fall Projects Students will make a leaf art with a variety of differet art supplies. We will explore negative space and mix media printmaking. November Classes: November 4 & November 11 - Thanksgiving ProjectsStudents will create tiny thanksgiving food from polymer clay. And we will construct turkey sculptures using chomp saws, cardboard and paint. Both projects will be sure to add a creative display to your Thanksgiving table!Fall 2026 Catalog -
BasketballYouth EnrichmentCommunity Education basketball offers programming grades 1 - 6. Grades 1 - 3 will participate in weekly practices only (October - December). Grades 4 - 6 will practice weekly (October - December) and participate in league games on Saturday's starting in January. The schedule will be posted in December once the league schedule is complete. New this year! Each team (grades 4 - 6) will be entered in to the Eagle Slam basketball tournament here in Eyota as a team tournament for the season. Basketball players will need to bring indoor gym shoes and a water bottle to practice.Fall 2026 Catalog -

NewCreatures of the Night - Glow in the WoodsFamily EventsSpend your evening in the woods learning about creatures of the night and having some fun with flashlights and glow sticks. There will be animals that are nocturnal (actors) in the woods sharing about how and what they do at night. There will also be games, crafts and other fun activities on this self guided adventure. Please feel free to bring your own flashlight and dress for the weather as we will be outside. Friday, October 23 6:30-8:30 p.m. $30.00 per family with activities intended for preschool - 2nd grade. This is a fundraiser for the woods/nature based kindergarten. We are trying to raise funds for some platform bird feeders and bird food, so that we can watch animals during the day and the night with our trail cameras.Special Events 26-27 -

The program supports children's interests in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development by providing opportunities to complete homework, engage in play, and participate in enrichment activities. Our initiative offers a diverse range of opportunities encompassing art, music, STEAM subjects, community service, and character development. Focused on nurturing self-esteem, confidence, and social skills, we strive to foster independence and promote overall well-being. Summer 2027: Registration will open in late February or mid-March. Please check back in February for additional details. Summer Care: Serves children who have completed Grades K-4. Hours: 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM School Year Care: Serves children who are enrolled in Grades K-5. This means children can start attending SACC Eagles Nest on the first full day of Kindergarten. Enrollment Options: AM Care 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. NEW AM Option- Select Care Schedule: Option as of 9/7/26: new care option. Limited availability (six spots). In Yearbook Club, you will work alongside Mrs. Holliday to personalize and bring the yearbook to life through photography & graphic design. Club members will help capture the memories that make the school year special by taking photos at middle school events and activities. A camera will be available for checkout if needed.
