By donating, your investing in our community by helping us provide lifelong learning, and empowering our community members to pursue new skills and knowledge. Welcome to our Dover-Eyota Early Childhood Development Center! Our staff offers a variety of classes for children to play, learn and grow together. All of our programs are taught by teachers with master's degrees in education. The preschool teachers have special training in early childhood education and years of experience working with children in this age group. At Dover-Eyota, we play with a purpose in a safe and caring environment. We encourage creativity and learning through play and movement with our peers. We are 4-star parent aware rated and equipped to prepare your child for kindergarten! The Dover-Eyota School Age Child Care (SACC) program provides a quality program in a safe, nurturing, and familiar environment. The program supports children's interests in physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development by providing opportunities to complete homework, engage in play, and participate in enrichment activities. Our initiative offers a diverse range of opportunities encompassing art, music, STEAM subjects, community service, and character development. Focused on nurturing self-esteem, confidence, and social skills, we strive to foster independence and promote overall well-being. Summer 2027: Registration will open in late February or mid-March. Please check back in February for additional details. Summer Care: Serves children who have completed Grades K-4. Hours: 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM School Year Care: Serves children who are enrolled in Grades K-5. This means children can start attending SACC Eagles Nest on the first full day of Kindergarten. Enrollment Options: AM Care 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. NEW AM Option- Select Care Schedule: Option as of 9/7/26: new care option. Limited availability (six spots). Minimum of 4 days - 6 max of AM care per month PM Care 2:50 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. As of 8/25/26, PM Care has a waiting list. Complete the online registration to secure a spot on the waiting list. ECFE SESSION I

Early Childhood Screening is a free developmental screening available for children ages 3–5. Minnesota requires children to complete a screening before entering kindergarten.
