Open for 1st grade and up. * Preschool & Kindergarten can register & attend with an adult. Optional: students may bring a nut-free snack to eat before class starts! Mrs. Peterson is donating her time to teach this class. All profits are donated to the Elementary Art Budget.. Each month, we will create different projects together in the elementary art classroom from 3 - 4pm. October Classes: October 7 & October 21 - Fall Projects Students will make a leaf art with a variety of differet art supplies. We will explore negative space and mix media printmaking. November Classes: November 4 & November 11 - Thanksgiving ProjectsStudents will create tiny thanksgiving food from polymer clay. And we will construct turkey sculptures using chomp saws, cardboard and paint. Both projects will be sure to add a creative display to your Thanksgiving table!

Community Education basketball offers programming grades 1 - 6. Grades 1 - 3 will participate in weekly practices only (October - December). Grades 4 - 6 will practice weekly (October - December) and participate in league games on Saturday's starting in January. The schedule will be posted in December once the league schedule is complete. New this year! Each team (grades 4 - 6) will be entered in to the Eagle Slam basketball tournament here in Eyota as a team tournament for the season. Basketball players will need to bring indoor gym shoes and a water bottle to practice.

Does your child love to build and explore? Our Lil’ Eagles stem club is designed to spark imaginations with hands on science, technology, engineering and math. Specifically designed for little minds, kids will work on exciting projects using creativity and problem solving skills! Students will meet in the STEM Room at Dover-Eyota Elementary from 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Please bring a snack for your child to enjoy after school!

Be part of creating this year’s middle school yearbook! In Yearbook Club, you will work alongside Mrs. Holliday to personalize and bring the yearbook to life through photography & graphic design. Club members will help capture the memories that make the school year special by taking photos at middle school events and activities. A camera will be available for checkout if needed. You will be expected to attend and photograph events for 6th through 8th grade.Due to the hands on work, this club is limited to the first 20 students. Meeting Schedule: Every Wednesday in September Every other Wednesday from October through December Meetings will take place in Mrs. Holliday’s room If you enjoy photography, creativity, design, or want to play a role in preserving this year’s middle school memories, this club is for you!
